Her work focuses on creating the substrate that allows intelligent systems to operate with stability, traceability, and long-horizon continuity, capabilities largely absent from today's AI architectures.
At Synaptik Core, Janay leads engineering and research at the intersection of control theory, cognitive modeling, and distributed systems, designing mechanisms that make AI behavior auditable, reproducible, and predictable over time.
She is currently advancing Synaptik Core's substrate to support the next generation of reliable autonomous systems, with applications in research, robotics, and safety-critical environments.
